Our Return Policy

At Scissors Doctor, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to give you complete peace of mind.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original, unused condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Used scissors or cutting instruments.
Used manicure and pedicure tools.
Used razors or blades.
Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@scissorsdoctor.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at sales@scissorsdoctor.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Securely pack the item and send it to our return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Faulty or incorrect items: Return postage is covered by Scissors Doctor.
Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
