International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. International delivery typically takes 7 – 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a delivery notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@scissorsdoctor.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
